There’s a lot, in general, that can trigger my anxiety. But when my mind wanders ~

Ever have sooooo many creative ideas that it triggers anxiety?! …

Well, that’s me! And sometimes my brain just win’t shut the freak off. >.<

So in addition to journaling, I also keep pages of line work in my sketchbooks and some Copic markers or brush pens in my bag. That way, when my mind wanders I can stay calm and focused with my own colouring book things … just in my style! 😀

It’s my own self-care doodling … and helps me work smarter, not harder.
